Shipping policy
We want you to know what to expect before you place an order. All times below are South African time (SAST).
Where we deliver
We deliver within South Africa only for the Halloween 2026 launch.
Door-to-door delivery
Standard door-to-door delivery costs R120. The final delivery charge and available options are shown at checkout before payment.
Daily packing and courier dispatch
We pack orders daily after payment has been confirmed. Same-day packing cut-offs are:
- Monday–Thursday: 16:00
- Friday: 12:00
- Saturday, Sunday and South African public holidays: 10:00
Orders placed and paid after the cut-off are packed during our next working day. These cut-offs apply to ready stock. Incoming items are packed only after they arrive at Cart Culture and pass product checks. Orders containing incoming items wait until all items are ready.
We arrange dispatch through The Courier Guy collection or a PUDO drop-off, subject to service availability. Same-day packing does not guarantee same-day courier collection. PUDO may be used by Cart Culture to hand parcels to the courier; customer locker collection is not a delivery option.
Courier transit estimates
Transit starts when the courier collects the parcel, not when you place your order or when we finish packing it. Eligible routes may arrive the next business day; other deliveries can take 2–3 working days or longer, depending on the destination and courier schedule. Weekends, public holidays and carrier availability may affect collection and delivery.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific date. We will notify you if an item becomes unavailable or if a material delay affects your order. Where the law gives you a right to cancel because we cannot fulfil within the agreed period, we will honour that right.
Free local delivery on Wednesdays only
Free local delivery for ready stock is available to eligible addresses within our current 5 km local-delivery area, including Thornhill Estate and Lakeside Village. Select local delivery when it is offered for your address at checkout. We will contact you to confirm the delivery window.
Place your order and pay by Tuesday at 16:00 for delivery that Wednesday. Orders paid after the cut-off are scheduled for the following Wednesday. Eligibility is checked against our 5 km delivery area, not estate boundaries. Free local delivery may be used with an eligible WELCOME10 redemption.
Delivery and risk
We remain responsible for the goods until you or a person you nominate accepts delivery. Please check the parcel when it arrives and contact us promptly if it appears damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please check your delivery details before submitting the order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Any additional delivery charge will be disclosed and agreed before it is applied.
